We are closed for the rest of the month. We will be posting a workout on Monday/Wednesday/Saturday. Please see the video for the technique we are working on this week.
Do this in conjunction with our Kravfit workouts (posting soon). Practice your combatives 10 times each side and your techniques 10 times at the beginning and the end of each workout. Please reach out if you have any questions. Stay safe out there.
