3:11 Project

At 3:11 Project we fulfill our mission that “No-one struggles alone” through “Social Media for Social Good.” We obtain referrals through other local agencies and help fill in those gaps to help individuals in need. We believe in the strength of a community to help support those around us that may be struggling. We also give back to the Fox Valley area community through monthly volunteer opportunities. If you are a business or individual that believes that loving our neighbors is vitally important to the success of a community, please come join our movement at the 3:11 Project Facebook page. We are stronger together.

Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity

We are a Christian nonprofit that builds housing ministry.  We build affordable homes for hard-working, lower-income families who otherwise do not qualify for a conventional mortgage.  We do this by offering a hand-up and not a hand-out.  The partnership with our families offers them stability and homeownership in the community in which they work and live.

Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois

Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois is an inclusive organization that welcomes girls and adults regardless of race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, or socioeconomic status. Today’s Girl Scouts offers flexible, consistent ways for girls in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade to benefit from the National Girl Scout Leadership Experience. We teach girls to take action for themselves, their communities, and the world. In an all-girl environment, with a focus on science and technology, financial literacy, healthy living, and environmental leadership, Girl Scouts is uniquely positioned to help girls develop to their full potential.
A major difference in the Girl Scout program versus school or other club programs is the girl-led component. Girls shape their own experience in a progressive and supportive way, building their confidence and forming friendships along the way.

Young Life

Young Life is a nondenominational outreach program for high school and middle school students in the Oswego community. We believe in the power of presence. Kids’ lives are dramatically influenced when caring adults come alongside them, sharing God’s love with them. We listen to their stories and learn what’s important to them because we genuinely care about their joys, triumphs, heartaches and setbacks. Because their Young Life leader believes in them, they begin to see that their lives have great worth, meaning and purpose.
